2 – The device has been purchased from the countries specified in the regional scope specified by Apple (According to the list available at the maintenance centre ) Artistic ID: OP978.
3 – The Apple Products able to repair or replacement, under the following conditions:
In good conditions for repairing .
Has NOT been serviced by unauthorised service providers, unauthorised technicians.
Not broken or twisted or scratched.
The customer accept the terms of repair or replacement.
The customer Provide the benefit of his ownership or the reason for possession of the device legally.
The customer review for all terms of repair and replacement, especially with regard to the period of repair or replacement and also the value of cost, whether reform or replacement
Saving of data, information and personal accounts is the responsibility of the customer. So be sure to take a copy of your data before delivering the product and remove all personal data you wish to protect and disable all passwords and security. The company does not take responsibility for the loss of information and retrieval or dealing on private accounts, whether ( emails or Facebook, etc.) during the existence of the device in the company.
Customer is fully aware that the performance of the service is closely linked with Apple, whether in the case of replacement, repair or change of parts according to the Apple policy .
Software and operating systems are not subject to warranty period.
As an Apple authorised service provider , we have the right to open the device before receiving and providing the service.
You must disable and unlink the iCloud account and remove the Find My iPhone property.
